A support subscription extends your support, including all minor and major upgrades, for one year past the initial 90 days you receive when you purchase the product. Support includes all minor and major updates, phone and e-mail support, installation support, and access to an SST phone/Internet training course. Support runs for 12 months from the month support expires; with a minimum length of three months. |
